How to Use the Literature Review Matrix Tool

1. **Input Data:** Fill out the 'Add New Source' form for each academic paper you read. **Focus on synthesis**, not summary. The "Gap/Contribution" field is the most important part of critical analysis.
2. **Add to Matrix:** Click **"+ Add to Matrix"**. The source will instantly appear in the table below.
3. **Save Locally:** Click **"Save Progress (Browser)"** frequently. This saves your data directly in your browser's storage, so it will be available when you revisit this page.
4. **Export Safely:** Use the **"Export to CSV"** or **"Export to Plain Text"** buttons to download your complete matrix to your computer (e.g., to open in Excel or Word). This is your essential backup.
